Useful Information:

During a dog’s hydrotherapy session we are unable to answer the telephone immediately so please leave a clear message if the call goes through to the answerphone. Alternatively you could email us. We will get back to you as soon as we are able.
Pool4Paws works on an appointment basis only.
For clients arriving at Pool4Paws Canine Hydrotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre please wait in the car in one of our parking spaces outside the hydrotherapy centre. The hydrotherapist will come out when we are ready for your dogs hydrotherapy session. If you want to walk over to the grass area at the side of the car park this is not a problem.
Pool4Paws is based just outside of Newton Abbot in Devon.
Driving from Newton Abbott - If you drive along the A376 on Totnes Road towards Totnes, you will pass Fermoy’s garden centre then you will arrive in Ipplepen. Continue along the A376 and you will see the sign for Ipplepen Business Park and Animal in Distress, turn onto Edgelands Lane and we are directly on the left; opposite Southern Timber.
Driving from Totnes - If you drive along the A376 on Totnes Road towards Newton Abbot, as you arrive in Ipplepen you will see the sign for Ipplepen Business Park and Animal in Distress, take the next Left and turn onto Edgelands Lane and we are directly on the left; opposite Southern Timber.
