Canine Hydrotherapy & Rehabilitation Services Provided by Pool4Paws

Through the services we offer at Pool4Paws Canine Hydrotherapy our aim is to provide an individual treatment programme that meets your dog’s needs. This involves your dog’s hydrotherapy treatments, rehabilitation exercises or the uses of therapeutic modalities to assist us improve your dogs condition. The combined treatment programmes including hydrotherapy and rehabilitation exercises are useful in resolving mobility issues, aid recovery from injury or surgery and can also be useful for the dog’s fitness.

Our special interests include working with older dogs suffering from arthritis, cruciate injuries and dogs with Hip Dysplasia. We also have interests and  carry out  services to aid the recovery from neurological conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, weight control and even fitness. 

We have completed the Exam and are Members of the VOA (Veterinary Osteoarthritis Alliance) - and gained 1 Paw accreditation. This enables us to offer the best services we can for the arthritic dog. We can work with dog’s in the canine hydrotherapy pool, underwater treadmill, and/or work with your dog in our new rehabilitation area.

Pool4Paws specialises in Canine Hydrotherapy and Rehabilitation services, we have a large pool and an underwater treadmill to offer your dog a tailored hydrotherapy sessions that meets your dog’s needs.

We also have a treatment room at the centre which is equipped with a number of modalities - laser therapy, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF), Ultrasound Therapy, Stance Analysis and we also have a selection of exercise equipment that is used with our rehabilitation and arthritic clients.

We offer Hydrotherapy treatments to dog’s from all over South Devon. We are in a fantastic location that is accessible from Newton Abbot, Totnes, Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Bovey Tracey, Chudleigh, Buckfastleigh and Ashburton. All treatments offered at Pool4Paws Canine Hydrotherapy Centre in Devon is by appointment only.

Treatment programmes can only be performed under veterinary referral. Please speak to us or your vet about hydrotherapy treatment. We work closely with a number of vets in the area.
